Criminal indictment means Prosecuted, not convicted and DOJ is being very careful because this Committee hasn't focused on Pelosi part of Security, it's one sided because of Liz Cheney, I would of wanted to know why Pelosi was in charge of Capitol security and didn't do her job, even as a partisan Democrat.

But, it's clear the D's want an indictment now because they want to save the H but we have sat on this info since Jan 2021

Rev Barber and Jesse Jackson were guilty of Mob Action protesting Sinema on Voting Rights and they were let out of prison that's how you know DOJ doesn't care about Mob Action

If Rs win in Nov, there will be very little appetite for prosecution of Trump because the Crts are R anyways Trump judges were installed before Biden judges and they adhere to SCOTUS

I am not celebrating until we hear the sentences we must aware of the sentences due to Trump and if DeSantis becomes the nominee, he is against Student Loan Discharge just like Clarence Thomas is against Affirmative Action and we can't Crt pack but if we Codify Students loans Discharge and Roe into Law Crt packing is a last resort , and also DeSantis may pardon Trump and insurrection

Would they hold a bench trial for Trump given I have zero idea if you can find an impartial jury for him

Isn't that decision up to Trump and his defense team, as he's entitled to a jury trial if he wants? If I'm Trump, I'm taking my chances with the jury since like you said, you'll never find an impartial jury. With 12 people, there's a very good chance you'll find at least one supporter.

It also is DC though and Trump lost DC by an 18:1 margin so that might not be the case.

1/12 is 8%, so it's pretty close to what he won in 2020. And he only needs 1 person.

Btw if you take the Biden's number in DC I calculated there is about a 37.5% chance every member on the jury would be a Biden supporter , on the other hand if you take the not Trump number there is about a 51.37% chance every member on the jury did not support Trump.
