The election has changed, Harris has the resources like Hilary has and likely has her endorsement. I sense alot of energy on the part of Harris, in Cali.

Its clear, Trump has committed impeachable crimes, but criminal or civil crimes are pending

I dont know why Beto is jumping in, Bernie and Kamala has all the support needed to run their campaigns.

A Rep doesnt get cash aid. Thats why Tim Ryan isnt running

Beto has gotton back into the race with Joe Biden being sidelined due his sexual abuse charges. It would have been easier for Harris, to go against Biden and Sanders. Now, once again, Beto is back into race and can win the trifecta: IA, NH and SC and close out nomination. Without superdelegates, but with Union support

Beto can benefit from Tim Ryan's entry into race, with the Biden scandal going on. Connect with those WWC voters, Hilary lost

Beto doesn't take money from PAC, and wants that to be his selling point. He would be best to end soft money contributions as Prez

It would be fitting for the woke intersectionality crowd to settle on a WASP candidate who projects what they've judged as the right kind of white guilt over more accomplished competitors whose victories would actually matter in terms of representation.

You have a gay mayor, a Jewish Senator, several female Senators, two black Senators, an Asian entrepreneur, a Hispanic Cabinet Secretary, and others. Even Joe Biden of all people at least has a claim to working class roots.
Telling an audience that slavery is directly connected to mass incarceration of black people for profit and it must be dismantled in its current form is white guilt? K. Just sounds like the truth to me.

Every Democrat talks about that, albeit with varying degrees of subtlety.

O'Rourke's emphasis on his race has been covered as a major campaign theme and there's every reason to believe that his campaign desires this coverage.
I know it sucks, but our next President is going to be to the right of Fidel Castro.  Get used to it.

Beto O'Rourke is not going to be our next President.

This is inaccurate statement.  There is gonna be an anti-Sanders candidate. If Biden runs,  it will be him. If its not split, between Harris or Beto.  It depends on Biden. Then, there is the Tim Ryan, who is lurking around.

Beto is done, he didn't do any Town Halls, he just did campaigning. He needed more exposure than that.

We all gonna support the nominee; however, he should be showing up in polls in IA, that is an early state. Instead, Sanders has the momentum.

Will we? Several prominent posters here didn't support Hillary in 2016 even though they would have supported Bernie, and millions of Americans who preferred her win over Trump voted 3rd party, stayed home, or #WriteInBernie.

Trump tax cuts for millionaires and repeal of Obamacare does nothing: help people pay down student loans, increase the minimum wage to combat housing costs.  That's why, we will support even Sanders

He's not showing up in SC, he was supposed to make an impact with WWC voters in VA and NC, the states he went to.  Even Harris is polling at 10%. Joe Biden will be our nominee.

He's an article, why Beto is doing so badly in the polls, after having a head start, like Harris before the Biden and Bernie surge in April, 2019

https://kprcradio.iheart.com/featured/the-pursuit-of-happiness/content/2019-03-14-beto-orourke-will-never-be-president-ever-heres-why/

He supported a mandatory military draft, also, was arrested for DWI and Burglary in 1996

Not even remotely surprising. The man has no unique policy proposals and even his supporters can't explain why they like him (aside from his sheer skill at demagoguery). He's run a terrible campaign so far, and he was unqualified from the start. Still can't understand why so much of Atlas thought he'd be a major player in this race.

So far Beto has had almost a national media blackout (certainly compared to most of the frontrunners)... this explains the polling drop imo.  But now it appears he is starting to do more national media- assuming he ramps this up, his polling will also increase.

I also think, contrary to what some think, the debates will help Beto.  Many, wrongly imo, have the impression that Beto is not very articulate regarding policy or isn't as smart as many of the candidates, etc ... given this low bar, I think Beto will easy beat expectations in debates and will be surprised that he is very knowledgeable regarding policy matters. If this in fact does happen, he will get a good boost following the debates as well.

I remember this guy thinks that Beto, could still win

Beto should of been senator, but the TX state Dems nominated Valdez, and she didn't help Beto, due to her being blown out, by Greg Abbott.  Andrew White, even if he would have lost, could have helped Beto, in the long run.

Beto, having lost the Senate race, had presidential ambitions, but outside of TX, no one knows who he is.

Before the Biden announcement, Harris and Beto looked strong, along with Bernie. Once Biden got in, he got his bump.

Sherrod Brown, if Trump wins, would be the favorite to be the nominee, Beto and Harris won't be, come 2024

His decision to not take PAC funds isn't smart for a prez run, but against Cornyn or Cruz. Its smart

Beto was similarly to John Edwards, who was the media favorite until he lost in 2004. He was never again, a media darling. Beto, could of made a splash at the CNN Town Hall, before Biden announced,  but he never showed up.
