Dec 8: election results certified by the Secretary of State
Dec 14: only 6 days later, Governor Mike Parson signs Certificate
Dec 18: Certificate finally arrives in Washington

9 miss the Certificates of Votes  

It took 4 weeks (!) for CT and UT to send their certificates to Washington.

They were signed on Nov. 23rd (UT) and 25th (CT).

NHs certificate of vote has finally been received at the National Archives.

It looks like a Christmas card.

This means all 51 certificates of ascertainment & all 51 certificates of electoral votes have been received.

The certification process is now complete.
