How many cars, Duke?

As for me I only have a lot of second hand clothes, an affordable, if apartment-stuffing, vice.

Haha I was kidding. I only have 1 car. My family owns 4 altogether.

I see. In the 80s and 90s it wasn't unusual for my family to own an excess of cars, say two per person, but this was because we bought second hand and had a habit of keeping 'SUVs' as well as cars (they weren't called SUVs when we had them, they were called 'four wheel drives', or 'Jeeps)' - simply because it seemed not so pleasant to drive an SUV during good weather, and any way excellent second hand large cars were so cheap then.  Now of course everything has come to despair and ignominy in the automotive as well as generally - the last car my poor mother had before she entered the nursing home was one of these bought near-new!:

- Cars
 - "Technology" in general (TVs, computers, miscellaneous gadgets, etc.)
 - Books
 - Movies

You may be untypically prosperous, eh?

paraphernalia of a sort that would probably be inappropriate to discuss on the forum...

Hmm.. could be two general categories - does your paraphernalia have more in common with

a)

or does its name rhyme with:

b)

my house has been in the family since it was built around 75 years ago, and my grandfather is a clinical hoarder, so suffice it to say we are buried.

That is cool!  My mother and I are moderate hoarders, my father and brother anti-hoarders, so you can imagine the conflicts.

I probably have over 200 pages of old doodles I've hung onto, for whatever reason. I'm kind of attached to them.

Neat!  I like that.  I have a large collection of doodles people have made of me - some of them ordinary caricatures, but for whatever reason, I have many in Gregor Samsa motif.
