Worse than than the McCain Doctrine. Brushed off warnings on 9/10 and left Tora Bora to forces who couldn't be trusted while invading a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 and pulled out of the ABMT.

The Bush Doctrine shouldn't be confused with the McCain Doctrine. The McCain Doctrine would have handled Tora Bora differently.
