That move to hold the New York Senate Special Election on the same Day New York City holds its Mayoral General Election was not very smart by Governor Giuliani. Not that the Republicans had any chance to begin with to win but that seals the Deal IMO.

I think Caroline Kennedy is going to run being washed over by then Governor David Paterson in the OTL.
