Are we sure that these are all Democrats' votes?

But I was told it was always Democrats who steal close elections.

ACORN!
Look, how about we all just admit that both sides do it and move on?

Nothing wrong with stealing elections if you can get away it. Only problem with Democrats is they decided to act all ethical after 2000

Virginia House Republicans have conceded:

Boy....they gave up quick. I'm liking this new depressed and unenthused Republican Party

Wait, isn't Greedo's gripe with the 2004 Washington race the fact that they did multiple recounts? But now he wants a second recount here? lol
Okay the difference with Washington 04 and HD-94 is

Yancy won the first count by 10 votes
Rossi won the first count by 250ish
Yancy lost the second count by 1 vote
Rossi won the second count by 40ish votes
Rossi then goes on to lose in the third count by 110ish votes

So the reason I want a recount is because the result changed in 04 the first 2 counts were the same.

In the Virginia it changed with yancy losing by 1 vote I think that when there is a recount that changes the actual result they should do a extra count.

There should have been a third count in Minnesota in 08 and a fourth count in Washington in 04.

That's a fair point. Honestly, in a race that is decided by a single vote, it wouldn't be surprising if the result changed each time you recounted. In something that close, even 99.99% counting precision wouldn't be enough to give a clear victor.
So it looks like we agree then that a third count would be good to sort out any errors there could be.

Nope....VA Dems who stuffed the ballot box are not going to give up their Soros checks after all the work they put into rigging this thing

Here's (roughly) what that ballot looked like:

Lol you can all cry but that person voted republican so yes it is a tie.

Why are Republican voters too godamn stupid to follow kindergarten levels of directions for filling out a ballot?

The draw a name out of a bowl thing will only be a formality,  neither candidate will accept the outcome.

Soros needs to find that bowl pronto

I mean, the Soros conspiracies are hardly any dumber than all the Dem hacks here whining about rigged coin tosses and "theft" of a race that is essentially a statistical (if not exact) tie, lol. The mirror images of Greedo whining about Washington and Minnesota.
Washington and Minnesota are both super fishy there should have 1 more recount in both races.

Those were trial runs for Soros. We were still perfecting out vote stealing techniques. It was trial and error and we've gotten  way better over time (no more slip ups like writing in lizard man....a creature kept under wraps by the Illuminati of which Soros is a member of)

Holy cow. More victory.

Judge says....No stealing the election!

Link

Judge T.S. Ellis III of U.S. District Court in Alexandria declined to issue a preliminary injunction to stop Republican Bob Thomas from being sworn in as a delegate next Wednesday, saying the plaintiffs had not shown they were likely to prevail.

“I think the officials in these precincts made a reasonable decision to rely on the data they had,” Ellis said.

While he acknowledged that the mistake was “a big deal” to the affected voters, “there are other big deals,” including “federal courts sticking their noses into state election procedure.”

Meh.... we'll steal it next time. This is perfect training for younger less experienced legislators and candidates who are not yet versed in the realities of American politics. GOP = done!

A glimpse into what the elections of 2018 and beyond will look like at the federal level using the VA HoD elections as a guide:

This lawsuit is the final nail in the VAGOP coffin. There is no way they can come back from this, and even without the lawsuit, its very likely that the Dems would still get a trifecta. The bench is now weak and the GOP are isolated in the west and center, self packing themselves. The Dems will have redistricting power in 2020, and the GOP will not be saved.

This is exactly why I think that Republicans in the General Assembly will agree to an independent redistricting commission (inspired by One Virginia 2021), probably next year.

There's nothing like staring into the abyss to concentrate the mind.....

I'd almost be against an independent commission in Virginia anymore.   At least until Texas/North Carolina adopt something similar.

Yeah Democrats are pussies and never play hardball with this stuff. They’d rather be self-righteous and handcuff themselves while Republicans go about their maps unanswered

With Kennedy gone...independent redistricting commissions will most likely be ruled un-constitutional by SCOTUS. It's time for Dems to repeal independent commissions and just gerrymander the hell out of every state like never before. There shouldn't be a single GOP district in NY, CA, or VA.

...I really doubt that Kennedy was the roadblock stopping the SC from getting rid of Independent commissions. I agree that Dems should play hardball, but I really doubt that everything is screwed because the moderate-conservative will be replaced by a conservative.

In fact...he was. In the SCOTUS case Arizona State Legislature v. Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission, Kennedy sided with the libs that independent redistricting commissions were constitutional. Clown Justice Roberts along with whatever right wing goon that replaces Kennedy will almost surely strike down the law.

I see, but Roberts hasn't been very keen on overturning decisions that his court decided. Its also important to note that its likely the GOP would lose out if this goes through, since this would leave CA, VA, NJ, NY, WA and soon AZ to gerrymander and effectively take over the house. The Dems have been restrained in gerrymandering and have had independent commissions mostly effect them, but if the court guts it, the GOP house majority is screwed.

So far we dont know....with Kennedy gone, were about to find out how much Clown Roberts really believes in stare decisis.
