I don't think it's all that fair to say that Nader screwed up the election for Gore. It's possible that he could have won Florida, had a statewide recount been conducted. And there's no guarantee that he could have won in other states, had Nader not been on the ballot.
Yeah, how is this all somehow entirely Nader's fault? Gore had control over his campaign and could have done an infinite amount of things differently to win that he didn't. It's his fault he lost, not Nader's.
