The anarchists were the only good side in that war, the republicans were scum and were directly responsible for their fate.
Yeah. I cant get behind the republicans murdering priests, raping nuns, and burning down churches.
This is like saying you don't know which side to support in WWII because Allied soldiers raped German women en masse at the end of the war (which they did). Both sides commit war crimes in virtually every war that has been fought. That does not mean one side can't clearly be in the right in the overall conflict.
