She is the favorite to win the nomination. So we have to seriously consider her options for vp. I am certain that she would want to avoid nominating another senator but i have included Feingold as he is a maverick liberal and has the carrot of carrying Wisconsin. I am pretty certain that Feingold would make a difference in WI and MN to secure a vicotry for the democrats. As WI is a true battleground state feingold must be considered seriously.

Ed Rendell can carry PA. His approval ratings are falling but i think the PA voters like him. Hillary might have the confidence in winning PA on her own and goes for Vilsack who is from a true purple state to nullify the worries in WI,MN and IA. I have no doubt that the number one target is Ohio but you can never give up in Florida (the size of the votes is too much) so she may go the Hispanic route and nominate Bill Richardson who could help hillary out in New Mexico and Nevada plus an outside chance at the growing hispanic influence in Colorado.

Hillarys problem is that she needs to get the populist democrat vote out for her. So she may go for Mark Warner. The young fresh-faced successful governor of Virginia - although i think he would more likely run for the senate in 2008.

Then we have Wesley Clark. Clark gives the ticket more of a tougher look. There number one priority is security for the American people (one thing edwards indeed lacked). Clark can get the populist vote out but he cant promise his state.

So whos it going to be. what would be the best move..all i know is that the democrats have some strong candidates.
