Since we have so many Georgians here in this thread, is anyone able to provide on-the-ground coverage tomorrow?

Weather.com said that there is only a 5% chance of rain in Atlanta tomorrow.

Accuweather.com said 2%.

isnt there a good chance we wont even know who won the senate races tommorow?

Quote
WILL WE KNOW THE WINNER ON ELECTION NIGHT?

Just like in November, it’s very possible Americans will go to bed without knowing who won. All indicators point to the likelihood of very tight margins in both races.

Media organizations, including The Associated Press, often declare winners on election night based on the results that are in, voter surveys and other political data.

But in a close race, more of the vote may need to be counted before the AP can call a winner.

I am saying it right now: If either Ossoff or Warnock wins, I'll leave the forum for 1 solid year.

I am saving this.

To those who were wondering about the exit poll:

Quote
The CNN exit poll was conducted by Edison Research for the National Election Pool, a consortium of CNN, ABC News, CBS News and NBC News. Interviews were completed with 5,260 voters in one of three ways: In-person on Election Day at 39 polling places across Georgia, in-person at 25 early voting locations around the state or by telephone for voters who cast ballots by mail or in-person during early voting. Results for the full sample of voters have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 2 percentage points, it is larger for subgroups.

The exit poll is consistent with a 50.5% - 49.5% Republican victory, according to my calculation, based on November results.
The result is close and the remaining 2 hours of voting could change things.

Hmm...

CNN just said four Republican-leaning counties are having to extend voting hours due to long lines.

It's because of technical issues, not long lines.

That doesn't happen? You let everyone vote, but you don't extend the hours

I am watching CNN and it said specifically that the time was extended because of technical issues earlier in the day.

Does anyone have Woodbury's post pledging to leave the forum for a year saved if Ossoff OR Warnock won? Because now that's already happened, doesn't even matter in the unlikely event Ossoff loses.

I took a picture of it.
