There have been two many Dems look strong for the MA's governor's race only to flop in the end.  It's 16 years of tradition and I'm not sure that it will end, Healey should be given more than a fighting chance

This argument is nonsense.  Ohio has had Republican governors for just as long, and look what's about to happen here too.

That's not exactly the best comparsion, Mitt Romney is not exactly Bob Taft, certainly Healey is in better shape than Blackwell

As well as Deano's point that Healey is actually doing worse than Blackwell, that wasn't really the point I was making.  Your argument that 16 years of continuous Republican administration in MA signifies a 'tradition' is ridiculous, even if you did say that you weren't sure if it'd now end.
