We're always pretty strongly "coke" on the maps, but I do hear "soda" a decent amount and don't think anyone would blink when someone says it.  I don't ever hear people say "pop".  I'll say "coke" and "soda" interchangably, but I don't think I've ever said "pop" unless to make a joke about people saying it that way.
