Yes. I think ME will vote to the right of NH very soon and it's also much more elastic than NH. Wouldn't be surprised if it becomes a swing state sooner or later. Now of course it would take a massive wave for the GOP to win ME-01, so they'd probably only get 3 of the 4 EV.
