I have no idea how Wisconsin could have Democrats sweep the state local offices and yet people, a lot of them, split the ballot to Ron Johnson? Makes no real sense since he’s the more odious of the two (Johnson vs Michaels).
He's a businessman.

Please win SuperNintendo Evers.

With Evers' performance, there's no way the GOP got veto-proof majorities in the state gerrymander, right?

MKE dump came in.

After expecting him to coast, RonJon barely winning will be so much more annoying.

Evers though...

If RonJon wins, it's because apparently Milwaukee cast 40K FEWER votes than in 2018...

Dane has to continue being basically perfect if this becomes a trend.

Even with the stroke, Fetterman immediately jumps into the top 3 in the Senate "Battle Royale" power rankings.

Big takeaway. Effectively Gerrymander wherever possible!

Force SCOTUS to make it illegal.

EVERS ! The crypt-keeper never loses!

And no supermajority in the legislature.

For a few more years "Rhodesia but with snow" is held at bay.

That 'you get 5-10 minutes to change your vote' rule could make for an interesting Speaker Election roll call.

Apologies if this was already discussed earlier, but did WI dems manage to prevent a veto-proof republican supermajority in the state legislature?
They did, Evers remains veto in chief.

Hey guys I think the GOP has a messaging problem...
Pushing for 100% VBM would actually be a smart play by the GOP. It's a sad reality that a sizable % of married women would be intimidated into copying their husband's ballot in that scenario.

Why is every non-florida large county so incompetent at counting votes quickly ? Los Angles, Harris County, Clark and Maricopa all suck so bad at this.
Because they haven't seen the butterfly ballot-shaped face of Death.

Is this a personification of NV's counting speed, or CCM channelling Philly Sleepy Joe two years ago?

The Maricopa batch was all early vote. Kelly is fine, but Hobbs is still vulnerable.

All this talk of a chaotic 218-217 House (aka an Ed Milliband) is fun. But, correct me if I'm wrong, once the Speaker is chosen, don't they basically have unilateral control of what is taken to the floor? Even if on a random day 10 reps of the Speakers party were not in the building, it wouldn't matter, right?

Odds that losing the House because they didn't rig the maps as much as the other side convinces blue state trifectas to send independent map commissions to Venus?

In a 218-217 House, the clear choice for a unifying Speaker is one of the non-voting members.

It's the Model UN nerds time to shine!
