I think that, in this scenario, the American people would come together to vote against the candidate who is an obvious danger to the integrity of our democratic institutions.  Demogoguery can only get you so far, and eventually America will wake up to the fact that they're being sold snake oil by a man dead set on destroying the constitutional foundations of this country. 

TRUMP would destroy Sanders.

Now I'm defiantly convinced Trump will lose.

Trump would win. I think Sanders runs better against an establishment candidate that he can portray as bought by big business.

However if both are anti establishment candidates i think they would go for the one that's not a fear mongering racist. Trumps only chance in the general is against Clinton an establishment figure where he can't paint himself as one of the people. Even Donald knows Clinton will be easier to beat.

Sanders narrowly wins with the 272 map in the most bitterly polarized election in history. Most independents and moderates stay home.

Independents love Bernie!!

They do much more then Hillary.
