Joe Biden is the Jeb Bush of this cycle. He’s so far off the pace, it’s astonishing. Add to the fact that establishment candidates in the US and overseas still aren’t back in favor. This is Warren’s nomination.

Jeb Bush was never ahead that long in the primary and he didn't have much of a lead, or any lead, for the general election. Joe Biden is anything but Jeb!, who was seen as out of touch hack with not much authenticity. This isn't the case with Uncle Joe, even if you dislike his policies.

Lmao, he urges supporters to donate and gives one (of many) reasons why to do so. Nothing special with that. Others are asking for donations as well and say "because I want x to accomplish".

Another interview from recently that didn't get much attention. He reaffirmed to make medical records public and said it's way too early to talk about running mates. I think these one-on-one interviews are a good forum for him.

Killing Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State terrorist organization, is an important win for America’s national security. But almost every detail of the raid that has emerged in the days since points to a truth we already knew: Donald Trump is the most reckless and incompetent commander in chief we’ve ever had. 

His impulsive decision to withdraw our troops from northeast Syria was not just a gift to our adversaries and a betrayal of our Kurdish partners. It reportedly also imperiled a priority counterterrorism mission that had been months in the planning. Trump is quick to claim the credit, but he made the job harder and more dangerous for our forces. And his abandonment of the Kurds is all the more galling knowing they provided critical information that enabled us to track al-Baghdadi. He's actually the only candidate who really focusses on foreign policy and the one with the most experience by far.

1.) He doesn't look sick and he'll release medical records as promised. I think he wouldn't have jumped in if doctors advised him against.

2.) Lmao, Trump's debate skills are vastly overrated. This guy is just talking nonsense and has no idea/no knowledge about major issues. His debate performance for the general election in 2016 were utterly terrible, and he seems to be getting more senile by the day. He's certainly no strong debater against anyone who has a little knowledge and the ability to speak to audiences.

3.) Final polls in 2016 battlegrounds weren't that off. Also, hardly an argument why Biden shouldn't be the nominee. Ever since 2017, he's consistently beaten Trump in polls by fair margins, both nationwide and in most battlegrounds.

4.) Of course he wants to be president, he wanted it for the better part of his political career. Whether you like his policies or not, but he has presented a substantial program if elected. He wants to reverse the damage Trump has done and build on Barack Obama's legacy and get to the next level.

Iraq War - Biden was the chief architect while Trump claims to oppose the war
NAFTA - Biden's support will damage him badly in the Mid-Western states.

Along with Biden's gaffes, he is the weakest candidate to go against Trump on a debate stage.

Trump's debate abilities are vastly overrated. He's talking nonsense with no substance because he doesn't know and doesn't care about most issues. Joe Biden is much better at debating Republicans than he's in a primary debate and he will moop the floor with Trump.

Trump has zero credibility to criticize Biden on any of these issues. This is a guy who has demeaned minorities and women, put children in cages and shown multiple bad judgment on foreign policy. He's been acting like a fool on the world stage with a naive view; he's cosying up to dictators and abandoning allies. Joe Biden can put up his record of accomplishments in the senate and as vice president any day of the weeks against a fraud like Trump. Let alone personal integrity. Give me a break.

Joe Biden is going to win unless the progressives one shot kill him (figuratively). In all the debates, despite is mediocre preformances his poll numbers are still slow and not moving down. Warren is already declining, and Bernie is just sitting at the same point. Some say Pete Buttigieg, but his poll numbers are nowhere near as close although they are rising.

I plead guilty of being a Biden hack, but even I wouldn't say it's a done deal. He's in the best individual position of any candidate due to his voter coalition and assumed electability, but the primary dynamic could shift against him if he's doing too poorly in the Iowa and New Hampshire. For example, if he doesn't win a single delegate in Iowa, the road is getting a lot tougher. For Bernie and Liz, it's vital that the other one not winning early contests drops out pretty soon to rally the progressive wing around them. If Mayor Pete wins Iowa and gets enough momentum to win New Hampshire and get respectable results in South Carolina and Nevada, he could make the case for being the best choice for moderate-liberal Democrats.

The debate performances actually are less of a concern source for me; Joe Biden has always been better against Republicans. And Trump's debate skills are overrated, he's just talking nonsense most of them time.

Gotta admit, it’s moments like this that make me more okay with Biden as the nominee. At least he’s got the backbone to push back hard on BS, unlike a lot of those in the party.

If Hillary would’ve done the same when Trump lies instead of “Go look at my website” then maybe we’d be in a better place and a different race.

Yeah, it reminds me a little of Ronald Reagan's "I paid for this microphone" moment, even though a different context. And it should put doubts to rest that Joe Biden actually can stand on a debate stage with Don the Con and hit him hard (aside from the fact he has more knowledge on the issues).

This is by far the best ad of the campaign so far. Actually all the Biden ads are pretty strong.
