KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. The ICE warrant on the left DOES NOT allow ICE agents to search your premises without permission. It is not signed by a judge and is not a warrant that allows for search under the Fourth Amendment.

It may or may not be a lawful warrant.  I understand the difference between an Arrest Warrant and a Search Warrant, although an Arrest Warrant allows for a search incidental to arrest.

But if you're celebrating this, please don't tell me you're a law-abiding citizen at heart.  Spare me that.  Because the person whose name is on that Warrant has no right to be in the United States.

And ICE had no right to search his car.
