I'm glad to see this is generating a pretty tight debate. Whether the reboot comes out or stays in will ultimately be up to the Convention and the continued discussion of this is healthy.

And as Marokai and I have previously mentioned, if there is no reboot, we plan to undertake a massive consolidation and reorganization of statutes.
