I am somewhat unclear on one thing. What is the Administration's policy on a GM?

Supportive of bringing back a GM, but it's not a top priority.  More of a second-half-of-term thing.

The White House sent all 6 candidates for Atlasian Senate a questionaire on the issues currently facing the country.  Results, in the form of a voters' guide, will be published shortly.

The White House strongly condemns the attacks of 23 July 2008 on Atlasian soil by Turkish cyberterrorists.  We will be working closely with the government of Turkey to bring the responsible parties to justice.

Our prayers go out to those who were inconvenienced by the attacks and their families.

We are in receipt of reports that Greece has Weapons of Mass Inconvenience.  Should these reports show a conclusive link between the attacks of 7/23 and the Greek government, I will ask the Senate for approval to exercise military action.

I still think the Kurd angle needs investigating. The Kurd area was detached from the Turkish flag. Connect the dots.

Only as long as we don't have to bomb the good vacationing parts of the country.

Mr. President, I strongly encourage that the measures I proposed in the thread "Atlasia Under Attack" in the other board receive due consideration.  Atlasia must show its strength to these Turkish terrorists by annexing occupying liberating Cyprus and granting you sweeping emergency surveillance powers.  Otherwise the terrorists win.

The terrorists left this vile graffiti on our site.  See for yourself.

Just wondering is there a way the senate can stop an executive order or something? I looked through the wiki and couldn't find much.

The Senate can't stop an executive order since the President is independent of the legislature. Also the President's power as not bound to a certain set of constraints, as the Senate's powers are. The President can do or enact whatever he pleases as long as it doesn't violate the Constitution, viz. Sam Spade v. Porce. It is a power that has never been fully exploited by a President but it is there.

Having said that I am very happy out the President's decision and fully support it.
