Will the runoff be (if nobody gets a majority in the primary) be? D vs. R, D vs. D, or R vs. R?

A runoff between McDaniel and an establishment Republican would almost certainly be won by the establishment candidate with help from Democrats.  A Espy/Presley Democratic split in the primary might be enough to generate an R vs R contest IMO

Not that I can speak for all MS Dems, but if I were a Democratic voter in MS I might seriously consider voting for McDaniel to win an R-vs.-R run-off in hopes of beating him in 2020.
McDaniel would have the advantage of incumbency if he wins. He would not lose in 2020.
