Not really, they can rule that mail-in ballots are invalid.

And they won’t. Roberts will never go along with it and I feel at least some of the other conservatives (Gorsuch) will see it as a bridge too far.
Even Alito denied the Pennsylvania Republicans their gerrymandered map.
