New system. Counting will not be a problem in the future now that we've had a run. In retrospect a "test run" mock election to establish precedents might have been a good idea, but that's behind us now.

While this system had a bit of a roadbump, when all was said and done, we had a highly competitive election for all five seats.  I think this election was a good thing.
