If the Governor determines that an appropriate Attorney General cannot be found, the Governor may directly litigate cases on behalf of the Southern Region provided the Governor is a practicing lawyer, or alternatively ask a Chamber member to litigate such cases provided the Delegate is a practicing lawyer.

As acting Governor, I have determined that an appropriate Attorney General cannot be found and therefore elect to directly represent the Southern Region in the pending lawsuit TimTurner v. Peebs, as I am also practicing lawyer.

You...you what??

You can't litigate both sides of the case!

Why not, like, appoint a special counsel or something?
