Seriously? probably Dublin. At least they speak English there, and I hear Ireland is beautiful. Plus, Ireland doesn't have too much immigration from the Middle East, so the lingua franca won't become Arabic in 20 years.

If I had to live outside the US, Australia would be my #1 choice.
