"Blue sauce" is the east coast name for it.  Out west and in the south it’s called "blue dressing", while in the Midwest it’s called "fresh blooble goo".  There’s a map floating around somewhere that shows the different regional breakdowns.

There's actually a lot more than that.



And honestly, you could label most of metro areas as "blue sauce". Local dialects are dying out thanks to our modern world. Very sad to see.

Since I hate that stuff I am probably the only New Jersey resident who is completely neutral on that. Otherwise it's such a big divide that it could probably spark a New Jersey Civil War.

Very rude. I would not say such a thing about a picture of a regular italian meal even if I was unfamiliar with the sauces used.

Just to be 100% clear, blue sauce does not exist, has never existed, and will never exist.
