Fair point.  they probably tweeted that because of Russias lack of prominence on the world stage and its economic downturn while China and other nations have been building up.  But Russia seems to always use a disproportionate amount of its GDP and influence on screwing over the US.  That said why are Republicans silent about Russia now that Russia appears to be helping their party?

The judge who wrote the opinion was appointed by Trump himself. And the other two were appointed by George W. Bush.

Trump filed another failing lawsuit in Wisconsin, local conservatives are sure this will be the one that throws out all the "illegal ballots".

If absolutely nothing else, Trump needs tossed in jail for fraud, waste of resources, and harassing the courts with these endless lawsuits.

If Congress throws out enough Biden electors to send it to the House I don't think there's any legal recourse. In theory it could happen this year too since they'll control the Senate vote (regardless of GA runoffs) when the counting happens. I think it's really unlikely though. The vote can't be filibrustered and there are at least a handful of Republican Senators that will vote to uphold. In fact, if a vote occurs it would  probably pass over 80% I think.

They need both houses to agree to throw out electoral votes when there aren't multiple slates of electors from a state (which was the point of the state legislator coup). So it's a longshot this year hoping for a new interpretation of the Electoral Count Act by some court.

But now that all these plots have been brought into the open and "normalized", it might just be a matter of time before a Republican Congress rejects a Democratic president-elect using the Electoral Count Act, causing mass unrest and likely civil war.

Clearly all Trump did was make Russia and China great again because he’s tried his hardest to set us on a path towards being a failed banana Republic that’s a joke in the eyes of the world.

Given that merely filing frivolous lawsuits generally isn't on its own recognized as grounds for disbarment for someone with AFAIK no prior sanctions, what other grounds are there for disbarring Powell?  Please be as specific as possible. It's one thing to argue she deserves sanctions, but there are many sanctions besides disbarment.  You're basically talking about starting with what's normally the nuclear option.    

Imprisoned?  Again, tell me what law Powell has broken?  Forget about whether there's enough evidence for a conviction; what specific crimes punishable with incarceration do you think she's committed? Last time I checked, it's not a crime to be a conspiracy theorist nor is it a crime to be a Trump supporter.

I'm genuinely curious what your rationale is for saying Powell should be imprisoned b/c from where I stand, if she were imprisoned for what she's done thus far then she'd be a political prisoner and it'd effectively signal the death of the rule of law in this country.  Frankly, it'd be the sort of thing you'd see in the imaginary left-wing totalitarian dystopia that Trump cultists have convinced themselves noted radical extremist Joe Biden is going to create.

Is tampering with evidence a crime?

Is lying in court filings considered moral turpitude for a lawyer?

I'm not sure if you're a lawyer or not but you seem to be confused between the professional rules of conduct versus criminal liability.  There are people who have committed murder who are active members of the bar.  But things like lying to a court and altering evidence are actually worse in the eyes of most state bars.  Assuming the accusations against her are true, a bar committee looking at the facts could certainly find grounds for disbarment.
