Well, here it is, the actual voter fraud in Pennsylvania -

https://www.dailylocal.com/news/charges-filed-in-father-son-voter-fraud-case-in-chester-county/article_19d8db38-250b-11eb-bded-5765af29bc08.html

Quote
Viebahn said that Thurman came to the South-1 precinct polling place at the Sugartown Elementary School earlier that day and asked whether he had to produce an identification card to vote. He was told that he did not, and only had to sign the voter registration log so long as he was not a first-time voter. Thurman then allegedly asked whether he could vote for his son, Kyle Thurman, but was told by poll worker Eric Frank that doing so would be illegal.

Thurman signed the register, was given a ballot, voted, and left the polling place, according to the complaint.

However, about 45 minutes later, Thurman reportedly returned to the precinct, this time wearing sunglasses, and identified himself as his son. He again signed the voter log, was given a ballot, and proceeded to vote, Viebahn wrote.

Republican comes in and votes, ask if he can vote for his Democrat son, get declined, comes back 45 minutes later wearing sunglasses and claims to be the son, and goes to vote twice.

Guess it is out there afterall.

Republicans should replace their elephant with an overhead projector as their mascot.

Lawsuit filed in Green Bay to invalidate all votes in Milwaukee, Dane and Menominee counties due to fraud and the mail in votes “overwhelming” election officials. Supposedly a lot of secret witnesses. My eyes can’t roll back any further.

Just to clarify for everyone, this is not suing to toss out alleged fraudulent votes, he just want votes in entire counties to not be counted. This is outright trying to steal the election, there is no legitimate grievance here.

The recount that Republicans were asking for in Georgia is now a FAKE RECOUNT. Such a sad man. History won't be kind to him.

Waiting with bated breath for Fuzzy to post in this thread and indignantly demand that Donald Trump and the GOP congress apologise publicly for this guy. I'm sure it will happen soon

Judges need to start sanctioning the people and lawyers who bring these frivolous lawsuits.  If they have to pay costs and penalties out of pocket this crap would come to an end a lot sooner.

The board is deadlocked 2-2. The (Republican, obviously) chair said she’d consider certifying the results in areas besides Detroit. So brazen.

What is the endgame here?  What does this decision do and who can it be appealed to?

All it can do is delay the county's certification by a few days.  If they don't certify by their deadline, the state bureau of elections will take over and certify the county's results.

This just means Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson certifies it.

Don't Democratic and Republican members have to agree to certify at the state level?  What if the Republican members refuse there, too?

Litigation.

Some Republicans are under the impression that the state legislature would then be free to appoint their own electors. But more likely, they'll be lawsuits that would force certification before that.

Fake News!

I've been assured that this is all just Trump being Trump and grifting, and there's no chance whatsoever that Republicans will participate in enabling him stealing office, or standing by while their fellows do so. I'm confident the overwhelming majority of Republicans will immediately denounce this and take action to make sure the results of our elections are upheld. Any moment now.

Back from the brink.

Michigan (pending lawsuits) and Georgia are the only states where Republicans can unilaterally deny certification under existing state law.  Fortunately, SOS Raffensperger certifies in Georgia and he is clearly on team reality, so Michigan is the last real risk.

It only took three hours of Twitter attacks for them to fold on this.
