He needs to beef up more if he wants to be President.  If he wears a leather jacket and carries himself around like a badass, then I might consider voting for him.  But he's too skinny right now.

And smiling all the time doesn't help.

No, the tax cut passed under Kennedy.  The civil rights law passed under LBJ.
