2km a day when I get going.

It's great for your skin.
It's great for your lungs.
It's great for your back.
It's great for your looks.
It's great for your libido.

It's not so great for losing weight as you will chock it on on your back and shoulders.

More often than not, if you want to lose weight, you will have to add a run beforehand which makes the swim more worthwhile.

But if you suffer from Asthma, Exscema or Allergies, it is a great remedy for any or all of those three ailments.
