Politico reports that Trump will likely be indicted either this afternoon or Wednesday afternoon.

This is glorious news. Hopefully he'll be convicted for this and other violations and is finally held accountable. He has always managed to escape over the last 40 years with all the nonsense. Enough is enough.

IANAL, but Politico says:

Once the sealed indictment is delivered to the judge, the DA’s office would discuss Trump’s surrender with his counsel, according to a court official who, like the others, was granted anonymity to discuss internal planning procedures. If Trump were to not surrender, a warrant would be issued for his arrest.

Whether Trump would be handcuffed is a decision that would be made by the district attorney, the court official said. He would be finger printed and a mug shot would be taken, though he is not expected to be “perp-walked” or paraded before the public in handcuffs, the official said.

Not knowing how to spell people's names makes your already weak argument weaker. Cuomo lost favor because of sexual harassment allegations, not because of anything he said about investigating Trump.

Also worth noting that Republicans would never have abandoned Cuomo after these allegations came out. The Democrats dennounced him very quickly, from the state's entire congressional delegation to the sitting president.

Eric Schneiderman was out in a matter of hours when his scandal broke. The Republicans would have called this a witch hunt and attacked the woman that credibly accused him of violence.
