5-6 million votes are still left to count.

There's a good chance Romney will end up with more votes than McCain.

Most states don't certify their results until after Thanksgiving. Let's wait a few more weeks and be absolutely sure before we make these sorts of claims. It's kind of doubtful turnout was really down that much.
