Exactly.  It is possible for a troll to get elected to office, and I think we're better off with barring them.  Remember, a troll cannot take part in actual debate; they would just be there to vote.  It is better, then, to just prevent such a situation from arising.

I have to admit, that exact example is the biggest reason I can see to consider supporting this bill.
