Slightly more nightmare version that the other two.

1991: Vyacheslav Chornovil
1994: Oleksandr Moroz / Against All
1999: Oleksandr Moroz or Hennadiy Udovenko / Against All
2004: Viktor Yushchenko / Viktor Yushchenko
2010: Either Arseniy Yatsenyuk or Yulia Tymoshenko in the first round and whoever faces that crap Yanukovych in the runoff.

Legislative!

1990: Democratic Bloc
1994: People's Movement of Ukraine
1998: People's Movement of Ukraine or Greens
2002: Our Ukraine
2006: BYuT
2007: BYuT

I must admit that it don't absolutely know anything of Ukrainian policies... except that I would vote for Yushenko in 2004.

Quick summary: All of them are corrupt in one way or another and are egomaniacs.

Presidential:
without hindsight and with a realistic viewpoint on the moment:
1991: Chornovil
1994: Plyushch/Kravchuk
1999: Kostenko/Against all
2004: Yushchenko/Yushchenko
2010: Yatsenyuk or Timoshenko/idem

With hindsight, apart from Chornovil, against all...

Legislative (simpler, especially with Hash having already written it!):
1990: Democratic Bloc
1994: People's Movement of Ukraine
1998: People's Movement of Ukraine or Greens
2002: Our Ukraine
2006: BYuT
2007: BYuT

Poland is a beacon of honest democracy compared to Bangladesh.
