Amendment Regarding the GM

1. Article I, Section 8, Clause 2 of the Constitution is hereby removed, with subsequent clauses renumbered accordingly.

Now that we have something actually establishing the position of GM in the Constitution, this line is superfluous and unnecessary. I am willing to amend this to remove the entirety of Section 8 if people agree.

Abstain. We delete section 8 or we keep it. That amendment is on a section who is not respected since a couple oy years.

It's an amendment, it can't pass without 7 Ayes and Afleitch hasn't been around so the vote had to stay open for the full week. Abstentions count as Nays here in this instance. Great job guys, you voted Nay without voting Nay. -_-


So then: with 7 days of voting and 6 Ayes, 0 Nays and 3 Abstentions this amendment has failed.

That's pretty sad, but I don't think it is that pertinent anymore. I am happier that we managed to add the GM into the Constitution in Article VIII.
