Bill Clinton would wipe the floor with Bush. Three Conservatives and one Liberal? Well, one of them is a relative Moderate, but still. Buchanan would carry away a large chunk of Bush's voters, as well as some of Perot's. Due to this vote splitting, Clinton carries all but 4 states.

Bill Clinton/Al Gore 521 Electoral/43% Popular (Democrat)
George Bush/Dan Quayle 17 Electoral/31% Popular (Republican)
Ross Perot/Jim Stockdale 0 Electoral/16% Popular (Independent)
Pat Buchanan/Don Nickles 0 Electoral/9% Popular (American Independent)

I don't think it changes much because Buchanan probably doesn't draw more than 2 or 3% of the vote nationwide.  What he does draw, however, mostly comes out of Bush's totals with perhaps a few coming from Perot.  As a result a couple of states flip allowing Bill Clinton to go over 400 electoral votes.  Here's my prediction:

Electoral Votes
Clinton  409
Bush     129

Popular Vote
Clinton     43%
Bush         35%
Perot        18%
Buchanan   3%

Buchanan carried 23% of the vote throughout the Republican primaries. If he ran as an independent, he could have done a lot more damage to Bush than Perot ever could. Perot would also be hurt, because some of Buchanan's supporters switched over to Perot, not liking either Bush or Clinton.
