Democratic Primary:
Fisher: 24%
Brunner: 21%

General Election:
Portman: 33%
Fisher: 37%

Brunner: 35%
Portman: 34%

I had thought this would be an easy Democratic victory, but maybe it won't be.

The Dems have a tougher primary battle than do republicans.  Once the primary is over Brunner's support will coalace behind Fisher's and he will be able to handle Portman.

This is really neck-and-neck and will turn out to be very interesting.

Definitely one of the races to watch, but I hope Brunner pulls an upset in the primary.

If there is a sane 3rd party candidate I'm voting a protest vote.  I don't really want any of these people to be the junior Senator from Ohio.  If its looking like Obama's agenda will hinge on this race then I'll consider voting for whichever Democratic loser winds up on the ballot.

Judging your history, you're always surprised if Democrats win anything Wink
