You really have to explain something about the county when you start such a poll.  Sorry, but I don't have all the North Dakota counties memorized...

Check the 2008 "election results". Then come back to ask where they came from. Smiley

The county itself's standing up to the duopoly. Not its people.

I voted HC for stupidity, btw. Though Lake TN in 2004 beats it IMHO.

     Indeed. The county is an FC on such a level that it made a mistake in counting the results in order to fight the duopoly.

The total vote didn't double, they just counted every single ballot twice. And not just for President - in all races. They may or may not also have reversed Kerry's and Bush's tallies (either they accidentally flipped them between the count and the recount they had, or they accidentally flipped them in the count but reversed that error in the recount while making the new and bigger one); I had hoped for the 2008 results to provide a clear answer to that, but they don't.
