Moran got 3 votes in Highland County, or 0.72%.

Worst percentage:

Moran, again, this time in Deeds' home of Bath. 0.6%.

Judging from they way Moran was beyond owned throught the west & SW, Dems are probably blessed he's not our candidate for November.
