Considering if you pick someone from your own state as your running mate, you are not eligible to win your state's electoral votes.

You could count on at least half the EVs for the ticket. And the full amount for the Presidency.

In this scenario, each elector must make a decision between the VP and the P, as they cannot both be from the elector's home state. If half the state's electoral votes for each give them both a majority, that would be sufficient. But even in the case where all of the state's electoral votes would be needed to secure a majority, you could do it for the Presidency and hope for the best in the Senate VP vote.

She's good looking too.  Have you ever noticed how the liberal women are almost all ugly or fats?  Barbara Mikskulski is HIDEOUS.  I had a neat collage sent to me by a freind a while ago pictureing all the prominent left wing politicians and talking heads and almost every one of them was sickeningly ugly or fat.

For the record, that's my Congressman! He's done a great job, and has really interacted with the people. I'll probably vote for him in 2012, unless Bob Heaton runs for the seat.

Biden did question republicans patriotism , when he said it's unpatriotic to lower taxes. Last time I checked the GOP is anti-taxes.
