What I'm getting from this thread is essentially:

DFL (MN) = gay

Yellow is on the decline!

I don't know why you people bitch and complain so much.  There's only a few countries where you'd be killed.

It's weird that a gay couple on the Lesotho-South Africa border would get arrested one side and married on the other.

No different than the Iowan-Nebraskan one.

It appears the non-coastal regions of Africa have yet to discover you people [this thread] yet as well.  Northern Nigeria appears to have only discovered it to the extent they want to kill y'all.

I didn't know Fritz was gay, either. But he's rarely around anyway.

Also, isn't the Post a Picture thread already the Gay Thread?

It's the "straight with quotation marks" thread. You look through the pictures, find your favorite gay or bisexual, and then flirt with them shamelessly via private messages.

At least, that's how my inbox filled up!  Hooray for politics!  Cheesy

I didn't get much of answer to what people are doing for Gay Pride.....anyone?

I don't know of anything happening here. I miss the Dallas festivities...they always had them in September though. Not June.

I marched in a gay pride parade a few years ago. I'm not gay though, it was a campaign event for the mayoral candidate I supported.

The mayoral candidate who should have won!

Instead, the crook won.

I plan on heading to the Boston Pride Parade and awkwardly running into a whole bunch of ex-es and former sex partners.  What a great time that will be!

Running into them?

... yeah, that was the best innuendo I could make.

I've come to the conclusion that my adventures in and striving for bisexuality were rather a dead end, though I suppose at least a learning experience.  What do you gay gentlemen think of a straight who tries out the gay just for convenience sake but then finds it unsatisfying/uninteresting?

Now try that in a place like Canberra, land of the one gay club. There are sooo many people who just 'don't notice' eachother in this town. Sad, really.

I don't think you would have experimented with it, if you were truly disinterested.  Maybe you're bisexual-leaning-towards-straight, maybe 75/25?

Also, maybe you just hooked up with the wrong guy.  It happens.

Parade (partner is marching with the gay swim team), block parties, some private parties. If the weather is nice, it's a great weekend in Boston.

Thanks very much for the response.  I'm genuinely curious about this phenomenon, not just attention seeking.

I guess I would just say that the sort of 'bisexuality' I manifested was like this - I was never specifically attracted to any guy, but rather to the idea/fantasy of the availability and anonymity of gay sex, something that isn't always easy for a straight to replicate in countries where prostitution is highly policed.  By contrast I find myself mildly attracted to even mediocre women, and very attracted to certain ones.

I wonder how common is this sort of experimentation.. I guess probably not very common.  Though there is the age-old chestnut about the female bisexual - that she's only doing it 'cause she can't get a man'.

They are a fun group. Most of the gay athletic leagues seem to be. Meanwhile my gym, the one below Club Café, has gone from 100% gay men (with some women) to predominantly straight in the last two years. They even started a house subscription to Maxim.

The straights are taking over. See what happens when we get lazy and stop advancing the agenda after getting marriage?

You guys should buy a billboard that just has black and white text:

"MARRIAGE OR GYM MEMBERSHIPS?"

Don't explain it.  No website.  See if anybody gets it.

Oh and I have a question!

How many of you guys use condoms during intercourse?

That is all.
