Extremely negative.

I didn't know BRTD supported the death penalty and the use of torture.

I don't, but that's not what happened here. They were just extradited to the country that did that, but that wasn't the Western Allies' fault.

And ben, I'd figure they'd be people you wouldn't like either (anti-Semetic fascists.)

Well, logically, supporting the death of criminals you don't like (unless you like murderers) follows from supporting the deaths of fascists you don't like. And if you support the death penalty of these people then surely you would support their torture. I mean, the arguments you're using here are essentially those used by death penalty supporters.

This wasn't the mass execution of anyone though. It simply extradited them to the country that did it. I'm talking about what the Western Allies did, not the Soviets.

I don't think that washes the allies' hands of guilt. It was pretty obvious what we were sending these people to. We were still, essentially, condemning them to death.

Well what should have been done, let them all off the hook?

Remember that the Western Allies were using the death penalty too after Nuremberg so even if you disagree with it you can't expect them to refuse to extradite anyone on those grounds.

Was the west killing kids and women by the thousands.  The only guilt these children and wives had was being related to men who chose the "lesser of two evils" (you know, the way most of you wankers vote) and fought commies instead of Nazis (and lets ignore the fact that they often fought the Nazis too).

They used the death penalty for something like two dozen leaders. They didn't execute ordinary SS men, much less Wehrmacht soldiers. There were spontaneous executions at camps and such and the liberated countries were much bloodier.
