He was actually just ordered to leave, as opposed to being "deported."  The use of the term "deported" gave me hope that he was a wanted man, and I was fantasizing that rather than being shipped back to the "greatest country on Earth," he was headed to beautiful Somalia or something to explain his racial theories to the local pirates or something. Damn!  Sad

I'm always wondering in these holocaust denial cases if other forms of denial are similarly prosecuted.  If Duke was arguing that there was no government induced famine in the Ukraine for instance, in the 1930's, would that have gotten him deported as well?  To my knowledge I've never heard of similar prosecution for other cases.
