Strongly approve.

He isn't everything I want in a President but he is just about everything I could reasonably expect.

Strongly approve, of course.

Investing in infrastructure instead of figuring out what country to bomb next... Amazing. Perhaps this won't be the Chinese century after all.

This proves that there are too many forums on here. No one knows where to post threads. Why is the Obama Approval Rating and the Clinton Approval Rating threads in different forums???

Strongly disapprove, especially after his little laugh session with Chavez.

Please tell me you're joking.

Please tell me Obama wasn't seriously accepting a gift from a communist thug.

Quick, someone tell Nixon, Reagan, and Bush!

Strongly approve.  He's doing the best he can considering he's leading a nation of racist fools that is doomed.

Maybe next time "Undecided" could be "Neutral?" Apparently we don't have any undecideds on this forum.

Strongly approve. That said I will always be at variance with this president on certain issues and disagree with some of the decisions he has made/will make

I just voted "Undecided".

I have a general idea of what's going on in the world right now, but haven't had time to delve into the minutiae.  Perhaps when finals are over in a couple of weeks, I'll have more time to learn me somethin' and form an educated opinion.

Also, posts that say "Strongly Approve" or "Strongly Disapprove", without further reasoning or explanation, look relatively hackish.  Just sayin'.

Somewhat approve on the basis of foreign policy performance. On everything else, pretty mixed.

Between undecided and somewhat disapprove. I really, really wasn't happy with his smile and gift exchange session with Chavez last week.

Calling everyone we don't like evil and telling Chavez to piss off was clearly more effective.

Look, I'm not opposed to opening a dialogue with him, but Obama seemed too chummy with a guy who called this country the great Satan a few years ago and called for our demise. I want him to be our President and leader first, not try to be everybody's friend.

I also don't like our President being called weak and ineffective by these world leaders either. Zarkosy and Chavez both have belittled him in that fashion.

No President has had such an immediately positive effect on foreign policy as has Obama. Some of his domestic policy is also long-overdue.

I strongly approve.

Explain. Unless you count making us less safe a positive effect, than yeah I totally agree.

Well, your allies no longer detest your leader, which is obviously important, but the most obvious thing is that by being prepared to work with other nations, other nations are actually respecting the US's opinion - something that hasn't been true since at least 2003.
