no surprise.  As I've stated before, there is a reason why the New Testament uses the Genesis story of Lot in Sodom as a picture of the deliverance of believers during the endtimes.

If gays can get married and enjoy civil rights while simultaneously advancing the Rapture and the return of Christ for people who believe that to be the outcome, then it becomes a win-win situation in the eyes of both, no?

no, because in the end, the sexual immoral will be condemned.

But, hey, I was simply remarking why I am not surprised.

do you think divorce should be legal?

this is not a question of legality, rather it's a question of forced recognition.

Purple heart is a heart. Thus, the topic title essentially says" Iowa loves gay marriage".

This is fantastic news, I'm very happy about this and I have to say I'm very surprised that Iowa of all states did this so quickly.

Hooray for the destruction of families!  Good job pointyheaded judges of Iowa!

Pssst! I don't want to dissapoint you, but this is 2009, not 2004.

Whoops!  Sorry, I'm still stuck in 2004 1804.  So much in American society has changed since  then!

There is a reason why every society that embraced gays has collapsed.  Increasingly, marriage is being seen as just a contract.  The illegitimacy rates of countries that have adopted gay marriage are staggering.  These 'so-called' progressives are so ignorant, so blind that they refuse to even debate the issue.  History will not remember them as enlightened but as barbaric and centuries behind the times.

What the hell are illegitimacy rates?

no, because in the end, the sexual immoral will be condemned.

Shouldn't that be the 'sexually immoral'?

I can't really see how one can condemn someone accidentally pronging the wrong hole if one can't even talk about it correctly.  I mean, arguably a hole is a hole, but by contrast words really have to follow the rules in order to be useful.

Jmf and Einzige finally bumped into each other. It had to happen eventually, as regrettable as that may be...

Yes, yes, I know.  But what about my larger point about holes, rules, prodding, and so forth?

Is "clot" the word used to describe a group of homosexuals? A school of fish; a herd of cattle; a clot of homosexuals?

Well, in the first place the gays cannot produce the children, and even if they could, VB, wouldn't they by definition be 'legitimate' if the miraculous gay breeders were allowed to marry?

well, considering their white blood cell count is usually low due to their wayward behavior, "an ooze of homosexuals" wouldn't make much sense.  but HIV does increase the risk of blood clots, hence "a clot of homosexuals".
