Eh, I'm sure she has an 8 gig Nano for transportation and an (several?) 80 gig for home consumption.  She is Queen Elizabeth II, after all.

It's basically a smaller storage device for the music from your computer that you can use to listen to it away from your computer. Closely related to my job, (Which is somewhat ironic because I refuse to buy one), though I don't deal with it, I deal with the variation of it which is also a cell phone and gives internet access anywhere where there is a cell network. People do work on iPods at my workplace though.

I hear they do in the stores, but for us, no. They do give them away as prizes though in raffles from time to time and you can earn points by selling poducts/service plans which you can redeem for Apple products if you're quite good at it. However sales is not my strong point.
