From what I know, he was not denied entry into the United States, which, as far as I know, also classifies Hamas as a terrorist organization.

The US doesn't really operate this way though. Galloway could most certainly be arrested if he ever sets foot on US soil.

He could be arrested under British law too I'm pretty sure. He probably won't be though because that'd be playing into his hands, what he's doing is basically the real life equivalent of trolling.
