I wonder how much subsidy money the EU promised the opposition for when they are in government.

Which is certainly not a fait-accompli.

And I can't begin to describe how your statement is completely retarded.

Knowing how machiavellian and sinister the EU actually is, I wouldn't put it past them.

Winston is, o/c, right.

The EU has more than shown in the past that they won't tolerate having euroskeptic parties in government in a dominant position--see what happened during the OVP-FPO coalition government in Austria.

I know that they are traditionally a eurosceptic nation... you really think the EU had nothing to do with deposing it's opponents?

I'm not arguing that, since I don't really care. I'm just saying that saying "the EU paid the opposition" is such a retarded statement if you knew what the Czech opposition is. It's not only CSSD.

Topolanek has accused Klaus and the ODS Mayor of Prague of being behind his downfall.

I'm starting to like Topolanek. He doesn't seem as much of a lunatic as Klaus.

You have to look pretty hard to find somebody as mad as Klaus (perhaps the polish twins).
