Issa is a piece of sh**t. He used to have an infatuation with Hezbollah (calling it a charitable organization, which he then  prevaricated about when caught), and has certain ethical problems. He is also something other than a rocket scientist mentally. In sum, he's a tainted nebbish who seems to have a problem with Jews, or at least Israel, but not with some of the Arab perps. Issa is a Christian from Syria by the way, or his parents were.

Thanks.  I was unfamiliar with him...I have been randomly listing House members whose names come up in the news or who have been in office awhile.  These are the kinds of observations and opinions (good ones and bad) that I appreciate.

Also, working the word "Nebbish" into a post will ALWAYS impress me.  :-)

He's no Ron Paul but he seems to be an alright guy. Sensible views on the mideast. I know AIPAC would love to see him go which makes him a FF in my book.
