Not worth starting a new thread on this (so I'll hijack this one), but there was also an interesting confrontation between Huckabee and Ann Coulter on his show:

Huckabee is definitely right, Gibson and Couric took it really easy on her. You couldn't really have asked for a gentler interview unless it was from Sean Hannity.

I like Huckabee a lot. Not politically, obviously, but he's a thoroughly pleasent individual. Palin and Coulter are not.

I loved how upset he looked when she accused him of being pro-gay, and the vehemence with which he denied it.

Regardless, I agree the people who like him personally... he's a very likable guy.

And I'm a Huck anti-hack. Considering he thinks stupid things like homosexuality is a choice, I wonder when he chose to be heterosexual.

Yeah, he's enjoyable to watch and hard to hate even while he's bashing my lifestyle. It's a talent.

Yes

Huckabee, despite being so 'likable' to everyone else actually comes off as mean-spirited to me. Remember his NRA joke?

I kind of thought Huckabee was likable at one point in the past... but the more I hear from him, the more I realize he's just a d-bag.

Einzige, why does a seemingly militant atheist like yourself even appreciate Huckabee on a personal level? He's essentially called all athiests foolish several times.
